Dear friends,
Last week, I had the huge honor of presenting and performing at the Wellbeing at Work World Summit. Everything seemed to align in those moments—leaders from major worldwide companies shared about a profound shift they experienced during our time together. Here's a particularly encouraging quote:
"Nathan's session was a highlight of the event—approachable and profoundly impactful. In the midst of the frenetic and sometimes overwhelming energy of a busy conference, Nathan's session was a much-needed oasis. It provided us with a precious moment to ground ourselves, and enabled me to maintain presence and stay rooted throughout the entire day."

This event solidified something for me that, until now, has existed only as a theory:
We already have everything we need.
During my time on stage, I didn't share new information (I rarely do!). I simply created some space. Within that space, I invited us give ourselves permission to step out of our heads and into our bodies—to be whole.
This space changes everything.
We spend so much energy trying to make things happen, but what’s really needed is space.
We don't need more information. More tools. More speeches. More anything. We've got all of that. What we need now is space. Space to digest. To center. To be.
And we don't have to work to find this space—we don't have to fight for the perfect setting or circumstance. Even if the present moment feels chaotic—corporate pressure, family dynamics, financial challenges—every moment contains the space we need, if we’ll let it.
It was an honor to help point to this space at the summit. These were people who have a lot on their plate. Lots of uncertainty. Lots of chaos. Very high stakes. Yet their experience was the same as any other human who gives themselves permission to be where they are: they experienced rest.
What a gift to be a part of that.
I’m still digesting all of this and will share more soon. Thanks for being part of this journey with me! I’d love to hear anything that came up for you as you read this (just hit reply).
—Nathan
