Dear friend,

There are times when, in order to survive, everyone must do whatever it takes…

but, in order to thrive, everyone must do what they do best.

Both approaches are hard work. Both require dedication, teamwork, and selflessness. The motivations are the difference, and that difference is everything.

Now is not a time to survive—now is a time to thrive.
